Zoe Albright, CPT, FST, PN
Zoe Albright is one of our personal trainers, nutrition consultants, and fascial stretch therapy practitioners.
In Zoe’s mind, everyone is an athlete. You might not be into traditional sports, but consider living life to the fullest to be your athletic endeavor.
Zoe loves working with the “athlete in the sport of life” who either wants to, or is already taking those first few steps toward a healthier lifestyle.
Maybe you just don’t want to hurt every day, or maybe your goal is to be able to walk up stairs without feeling like you’re going to blow a gasket. You want to get on the floor and play with your grandkids or run around on the playground with your own kids.
If this sounds like you, let Zoe coach you through it!

Fun Facts about Zoe
One.
Want to hang out with me? Or have a long heavy duty conversation? Let’s hike or ride or run….for hours. (I’m a complete gross motor addict).
Two.
If you want to get my attention, bring me coffee (black) or an ice cold beer (IPA…but be careful cuz I’m a beer snob!).
Three.
I love the smell of horse poop. Really love it. I’m just going to let that speak for itself (I grew up around horses).
Four.
Every year on my birthday I have a “party” for myself. It involves a combo run/bike event. I invite friends but fewer and fewer people RSVP as a yes every year. I’m down to 4 friends. Between running miles and biking miles the total mileage is my age. Go ahead and do the math. It doesn’t get any easier, but always fun!
Five.
I’m a total boy mom. My favorite humans are my 3 sons (old, older and oldest) and there’s no one else I’d rather spend time with. I also have a habit of adopting stray sons!
Six.
I’ve done 3 rim to rim crossings of the Grand Canyon, taught 3rd grade, worked as an EMT, traveled as a performer with a musical group, placed 3rd in the nation in adventure racing.
