Our nutrition coaching doesn’t consist of 30-day challenges or unreasonable diets. We want you to succeed. To have sustainable results that last a lifetime. To find a program that is built and works for you!

Working with our nutrition coaches starts well before you have that initial meeting. All our clients start with a food journal to establish their food baseline. This gives our coaches an idea of where your struggles are and how to navigate them best.

From there, you’ll have a 60-minute session with one of our nutrition coaches to discuss your goals and the obstacles preventing you from reaching them.

We don’t tell you what to eat. You’ve already tried that. If you haven’t succeeded with that strategy in the past, you won’t now.

Instead, we teach you about habits you may have developed that are holding you back. We determine the why and when for what you eat and help your problem-solve strategies around those behaviors. Whether altering your pantry, helping you shop at the grocery store, or teaching you how to order at the restaurant, we will provide you with the tools to succeed for a lifetime without guilt.

To ensure your success, you will have continual meetings with your nutrition coach, troubleshooting problems along the way. Anything you need to stay successful on your path, our nutrition coaches are here to help you!
