Our Sports Performance program is built to unlock your athletic potential through precise, measurable, and individualized training. We focus on developing key athletic qualities—Acceleration, Strength, Speed, Power, and Change of Direction—to help you move with greater efficiency and confidence in your sport.

Every athlete begins with a comprehensive Performance Assessment to establish a clear baseline and identify specific areas for improvement. From there, our coaching team designs a targeted program that blends advanced training methods with objective performance testing to track your progress and ensure measurable results.

This isn’t generic training—it’s a science-driven approach to becoming faster, stronger, and more resilient where it matters most: in performance.

We offer 4, 8, and 12 week training plans to accommodate seasonal athletes or athletes that are visiting us for a short time.

How to Get Started

Schedule a discovery session with our performance team so we can learn more about you, the sport that you play, and what training plan is best for you.

Schedule your Performance Assessment. Here we will establish a starting point to develop realistic goals. Your Performance Assessment will be specific to the demands of your sport.

Choose your training environment. We allow our sports performance programs to be completed in either our Small Group Personal Training setting or in Private Sessions. We will go over the best fit for you including training frequency, times, and the focus for the first phase of training during the Discovery session.

Performance Reassement - After the completion of your program, we will do another Performance Assessment to see the improvements. The only way to know if you improve is to test and see the hard work pay off.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our Performance team has extensive experience coaching all levels from junior, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. We work with programs and organizations ranging from baseball, lacrosse, hockey, wrestling, soccer, golf, basketball, and more. The most important thing we start with is understanding the specific needs of each sport and the athletic qualities needed to play.

The main difference between our fitness and sports performance services is our performance assessment process and the qualities that we focus on in training. We customize our performance assessments to the specific athlete but can include vertical jump testing, broad jump, pro agility testing, proteus testing, MB throwing, and much more.

Everything starts with the athletes performance test. This includes a thorough movement evaluation along with a customized performance assessment to look at specific athletic qualities such as jumping or change of direction. Then we design a program ranging from 4, 8, or 12 weeks depending on the goal. At the conclusion of their training we will perform a reassessment to see how the athlete progressed during their time with us.

Our athletes will have the option to train in our Small Group Personal Training environment (5:1) athlete to coach ratio or in a private coaching environment depending on the needs of the athlete. Some of our athletes utilize both!

The pricing of our sports performance programs depend on the training frequency and training environment of their coaching. All of our programs include performance testing pre and post training. Pricing can range from $400 to $2000 for an entire program.
