We also utilize the InBody 770 medical body composition analyzer to monitor critical metrics such as skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat, and water distribution—providing accurate data to guide your progress and keep every decision objective and measurable.

Absolutely not! The most important starting point is to learn about your lifestyle, nutrition preferences, and coming up with a plan that caters to your needs both in life and at the grocery store. We cover all aspects of nutrition to ensure success.
There are several ways to have success with Nutrition and tracking is only one small piece of the puzzle. Tracking works for some but there are a lot of things to consider when making a change with your lifestyle. We do recommend tracking a few things in the very beginning to gain awareness!
Accountability is vital in our success when making any change! We design a plan that gives you the coaching you need to succeed. Whether that's once per week or once per month, we will set up a schedule that works with your lifestyle.
Supplements can be very beneficial to achieving balance and source much needed macronutrients but we start with the basics. Supplements are meant to supplement. Its the icing on the cake but we always focus on working on a better foundation for the long term.
We love objective data when it comes to tracking progress! We have an Inbody 770 medical grade scale to track body composition metrics such as muscle mass, body fat percentages, water retention, and help establish a BMR. We also utilize tracking apps if necessary or even the handy dandy food journal! Whatever gets the job done!
