We specialize in Sports Massage, Therapeutic Massage, and Fascial Stretch Therapy, both aimed at reducing soreness, increasing range of motion, and relieving the physical stress that builds from work, training, and daily life. Each session is guided by a clinical understanding of movement and recovery, tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Massage therapy is more than relief—it’s a proactive way to keep your body strong, balanced, and resilient, so you can continue moving with freedom and confidence. We offer 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions to design and soft tissue experience to help you towards your goals.

Each session begins with a thorough assessment to understand your unique patterns of tightness, discomfort, or limited mobility. Using targeted techniques, we work to release tension, improve circulation, and restore movement, helping your body maintain balance, stability, and resilience.
Our Sports Massage experience is built around solving a specific Movement problem—not just providing temporary relief. Each session begins with an in-depth evaluation to identify the root cause of your pain, tension, or movement restriction. From there, your therapist uses targeted, evidence-based techniques to address the affected area and restore optimal tissue function. But the process doesn’t stop at treatment. We integrate corrective and stability exercises to retrain your body and reinforce lasting change, ensuring your results extend far beyond the table.

No problem! Our therapist will sit down with you to customize your experience. Our team has the ability to utilize several modalities and intentions during your session to make your experience perfect. We can also do a complimentary Discovery Session if you have any specific questions!

As we constantly manage stress, the real gains in performance and life are in the hours that you are able to rest, recover, and rebuild. Digging the hole deeper can only get us in trouble. Our therapists will help you develop a plan to match the intensity of your training and life!
Depending on the service or treatment modality, it's best to show up prepared by wearing comfortable clothing that is easily removed if you or the therapist would like to focus on a specific area of the body. Fascial Stretch Therapy sessions don’t require you to disrobe at all.

The benefits of recovery focused sessions can help you improve and restore range of motion, improve circulation throughout the body, and help your nervous system regulate to manage the stress of the rehabilitation process. Our Medical Team and Recovery team work together with our patients to design a care plan that works.
